1. Apparently only in salvador can you run thru red lights between 3am and 6am. Only salvadorians think this applies throughout brazil. People in Rio think that people in Salvador are too relaxed!
2. Kilo restaurants are cool- pay for your meal by weight. (I was in trouble, coz I can eat!!!)
3. I can't get the smell of sewage out from my nose

7. Brazil is super expensive, from food, accommodation, to everything else! A duty free watch, available in the US for 100 bucks, cost 783 Reals- which translates to {drumroll} around $500. Astonishing!

10. Frequent mistake, Rio is not the capital of Brazil, the capital actually is Brasilia.
