Last day in Salvador

Well the journey has only just started and yet we experienced so many extraordinary sites! Salvador is exquisite with some of the nicest people.
We walked over to the mall today. It was a relatively modern mall smack bang in the middle of a deprived neighborhood. Very odd.
Then hung out at the beach, as no rain forecasted, just hot humid tropical climate! Finally, found a local cafe serving veggie crepes (which had walnuts inside) -really different.
Finally, a little packing and watching the sun go down. Barra is known for its amazing sunsets and I must say, I see why.
Off to Rio tomorrow!
