1) between 3am and 6am, drivers are allowed to go through red lights. Anyone caught doing so outside those hours are subject to 200Real fine and 7 points on their license
2) they do have speed cameras
It turns out that the rain that plagued two of our sightseeing days were the first rain they've had this year!!!!! Just our luck!!!
As we were leaving for our 7:20am flight this morning, our boarding time was 6:40am .... However at 6:38 Maya noticed that our gate said final "Last Call" ... When we asked if we were late boarding they said to ignore the sign :)
