Toilet Troubles

So once we checked in the room ... I was dying to go to the bathroom ... But sign above the toilet stopped me dead in my tracks

The sign says to NOT flush toilet paper in the toilet ... Well where the hell do I put it???!!!!!!

It turned out that after a frantic call to the reception desk, an email to our tour operator and some googling (thanks goodness for WIFI and an iPhone) it turns out that the sewer system in most south American cities cannot handle the toilet paper ... So you're meant to put in a trash can in the bathroom!!! This is the accepted practice out here :)
